PU LUONG ADVENTURE TREK - 18KM (FULL DAY)

07:00 – Enjoy breakfast at your homestay and prepare for an exciting full-day adventure through the heart of Pu Luong.

08:00 – Depart for Bang Village, a picturesque village surrounded by magnificent terraced rice fields. Especially stunning during the rice harvest and pouring water seasons, this area offers breathtaking views and an authentic glimpse of White Thai ethnic life. Begin your trek along peaceful trails through charming villages and pristine nature.

09:00 – Follow gentle streams leading to Kho Muong Village, a hidden gem nestled deep in Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Discover the traditional way of life and explore Hang Doi (Bat Cave), a natural limestone cave filled with impressive stalactites. Some shaped like King Kong and other curious figures. Depending on the season, spot different species of bats that live inside the cave.

10:00 – Continue your trek over highland paths to Pon Village in Lung Cao Commune. Enjoy sweeping views over Kho Muong Valley and journey through parts of Pu Luong’s protected forest. Keep an eye out for native wildlife such as monkeys, squirrels, and forest birds.

11:30 – Arrive at Nua Village and experience the quiet charm of Muong ethnic life. Wander along peaceful village paths, surrounded by traditional stilt houses and serene mountain scenery.

12:30 – Stop by a stream for a picnic lunch and a refreshing rest. Enjoy local flavors while relaxing beside cool, clear waters. If weather allows, take a dip in the stream to cool off and connect with nature.

14:00 – 14:30 – Resume your walk along village roads, passing local schools and communal spaces. Take in the rhythms of daily life as you make your way toward the Lung Cao football field.

16:00 – 16:30 – Return to your homestay and unwind after a fulfilling day of trekking. Take in the serene atmosphere of Pu Luong as you relax and reflect on the beautiful landscapes, vibrant cultures, and unforgettable experiences of the day.
