Day 1: Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc / Trang An – Mua Cave
7h00 - 7h50: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarterfor the transfer to Ninh Binh.
9h15: Visit of Quang Phu Cau village, a quintessential Vietnamese villagerenowned for its craft of incense-making. Upon arrival, visitors are immediately struck by the sight of incense bundles strewn along pathways, temple courtyards, and vacant plots of land. Notably, these bundles boast a variety of vibrant colors, predominantly red, lending the landscape an enchanting, colorful allure.
09:45: Depart for Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.
11h30: Visiting Hoa Lu,the ancient capital of Vietnam from the years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of Dinh King and Le King and learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.
12h15: It’s time for you to join our 30-minutes optional cycling activity to discover the life of the local people, or you can stay and relax at the restaurant and enjoy some sightseeings to capture some beautiful moments at the lake, the waterfall and the valleys.
12h45: Lunch Buffet. It is time to enjoy Ninh Binh food specialties in a private dining area; a vegetarian option is also available.
13h30: Choose one of the following options:
Option1: Visit of Tam Coc,known as “Halong Bay on land”, where you will spend 1.5 hours on a rowboat to explore the area. On this excursion down the Ngo Dong River, you will pass through beautiful paddy fields, limestone karst formations, and a stunning cave systems including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves for a unique experience.
Option2: Visit of Trang An, famousfor its majestic natural landscape, including mountains, rivers and caves. Trang An is also an attractive eco-tourism area, attracting domestic and foreign tourists with many activities to visit, explore and experience culture and history. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, offering a 1.5-hour rowboat trip through a network of mystical caves and stunning limestone formations. This site was featured in the 2016 Hollywood movie "Kong: Skull Island".
15h45: Our next destination is Mua Cave.There, you will climb-up the 500 steps to reach the mountain's peak, overlooking the beautiful views of the city and Tam Coc below.
17h00: Check-in the room. Enjoy swimming at the pool on summer time.
19h00: Dinner at the resort. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 2: Ninh Binh - Halong Bay - Hanoi
06h15 - 06h30: Check-out and enjoy a light breakfast at the hotel.
07h00: Depart for Halong Bay by limousine shuttle/bus. (Approx. 3.5-4 hours.)
11h15-11h30: Arrive at the international cruise port. Board the cruise, enjoy a welcome drink.
12h00-13h15: Savor a seafood lunch buffet while cruising past iconic limestone islands.
13h30-14h15: Visit Sung Sot Cave– one of the largest and the most beautiful caves in the bay.
14h30-15h15: Discover the Luon Caveby kayaking or on a sampan boat rowed by local residents.
15h30-16h30: Relax or swim at Titop island,or hike to the summit for panoramic views, or enjoy the Jacuzzi onboard.
16h45: Attend a sunset party with complimentary variety of fruits, cakes, juices, teas. Enjoy the sunset while the cruise returns to the International Port.
17h45-18h00: Return to the port. Transfer back to Hanoi by limousine shuttle/bus.
